By using Naybar you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You are responsible for your account credentials. Full names can be changed once; usernames up to three times. You must be 18 or older to use Naybar.

You own the content you post. By posting you grant Naybar a non-exclusive licence to display it to other users within the platform. Content that is harmful, illegal, or harassing will be removed.

Naybar uses your location to deliver geographically relevant content. Your precise coordinates are never shared with third parties.

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.

Naybar is provided as-is. Ocalt (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
